The testing register
Registering interest in testing Marcus. Mike Norton (DHARE) collects your name, email address and questionnaire answers to decide who to invite to test Marcus and to contact you about it. We don’t use them for marketing and we don’t sell them.
Who handles it. Your registration is stored with Cloudflare, which runs this site and delivers our notification copy of it. An AI assistant (Hermes, which runs on Anthropic’s models) reads registrations to help sort them, and Mike reviews every one. Mike makes every decision, and the assistant never contacts you. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long. We keep your registration for 24 months from the date you register, then delete it, unless you have become a tester. You can ask us to delete it sooner, or ask to see or correct it, by emailing privacy@dhare.ai; we act on requests within 30 days. Deletion removes your registration and our notification copies of it.
Analytics

What we measure. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location (country and city), which Google works out from your IP address. Google says it doesn’t log or store IP addresses in Analytics 4. We don’t use Analytics on the App pages, and we never link it to your registration.
Cookies and your choice. Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that last up to two years. If you’re in the European Union or the United Kingdom, they stay off unless you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page. Elsewhere they’re on by default; you can block them in your browser or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Who handles it. Google processes this data, including in the United States, and keeps it for 14 months. An AI assistant (Hermes) reads aggregate reports, such as page views per page, to help Mike plan content; it never sees data about you as an individual.
